<p>To get the most out of a quarter hour routine you&#8217;ll have to get your intensity level up for a short period of time. Let&#8217;s begin going over this quick routine now.</p>
<p>For less than a quarter hour, you&#8217;ll have to exercise two separate ways one right after the other, repeating the sequence for the whole time without taking a break. Workout number one is a superset with the inclined dumbbell chest press and the inclined dumbbell row.</p>

Get into pushup position and bring one of your feet forward and place it outside your hand on that side. Return your foot to starting position and then repeat with your other side<br />Hold your thighs lower as you do this and be careful of stretching your private area to much. Start by doing it comfortably and as you do this more often you&#8217;ll become more flexible and you&#8217;ll be able to get your foot up all the way.After the climbs, return to the squat exercise and keep alternating the exercises for up to a quarter hour.</p>
